Die Mollusken-Sammlung umfasst über 12.000 Sammlungseinheiten Neben den Belegen der Nord- und Ostseeregion sind umfangreiche Aufsammlungen aus dem Mittelmeerraum, dem Roten Meer, der Karibik und von afrikanischen Küsten vorhanden, sowie einige historische Konvolute aus verschiedenen Gebieten.
